Decision
Planning Permission on 10th February 2003
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That notwithstanding any indications as to these matters which may have been given in the application, no development shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority a schedule of materials and finishes for the building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with
policy G8 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the additional accommodation hereby permitted shall be occupied and used for ancillary recreation, studio, storage and garaging by the occupants of Peel Fold only and shall not be used for separate residential or business purposes.
Reason: The separate residential or business use of the building would result in an undesirable
sub-division of the property and would be contrary to policies H6 and E3 of the
Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
