That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That prior to the commencement of the use hereby permitted details of the new pedestrian opening into the paved courtyard, the ramp and any new gate(s) shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the small pedestrian opening, ramp and any new gates installed shall not be other than those approved.
Reason: To protect the character and appearance of the existing building and Conservation Area
in accordance with Policies G1, CON10 and CON15 of the South Oxfordshire Local
Plan.
