Planning Permission on 19th March 2003
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy H12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That no work whatsoever in pursuance of the planning permission granted by the Council under reference P02/N0214 and dated 29 April 2002 shall hereafter be undertaken on the land. Insofar as that permission authorised the carrying out of development, that permission shall be deemed to be immediately revoked and of no effect (irrespective of whether or not the development which was the subject of that permission has commenced). Reason: To protect the amenity of the area in accordance with Policies GB2 and GB4 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
