That the materials used for the dwarf walls of the conservatory shall be of the same colour, type, and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and Policy H13 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan (First Deposit) Draft.
