Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with
Policies H12 and CON10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and Policies
H13 and CON10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan (First Deposit) Draft
That the car port shall remain an open structure as indicated on the submitted plans and shall not be enclosed without the prior grant of planning permission from the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with
Policies H12 and CON 10 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and Policies
H13 and CON 10 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan (First Deposit) Draft
That the tree in the north east corner of the site shall be retained. The holes for the structural posts for the car port shall be dug by hand and if roots over 250 mm diameter are found, then the post/posts shall be repositioned to a ground area free of roots.
Reason: To safeguard a tree of amenity importance in accordance with Policy C16 of the
adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and Policy C4 of the South Oxfordshire
Local Plan (First Deposit) Draft
