Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That the B1(a) office uses hereby approved shall be carried on only in the areas specifically defined on the drawing 97/491/2 Revision 2.
Reason: To accord with the policy of the Local Planning Authority in accordance with Policy C11
of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the office uses hereby permitted shall only be carried out between the hours of 8am and 7pm and shall not be carried out at anytime on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy C11 of
the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
No external lighting shall be provided as part of the development hereby permitted unless in accordance with details which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, such details to provide information on the level of intensity of illumination at which the lighting is to be provided and retained and only to employ flat cut off lights with no upward light spillage.
Reason: To protect the visual amenities of the rural area in accordance with Policy G8 of the
Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
