Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the use hereby permitted shall be carried on only by Mr and Mrs C Clarke.
Reason: Because permission is given only in view of the special circumstances in accordance
with Policy G1 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the use hereby permitted shall take place between 3pm and 6pm Monday - Friday in term time, 11am - 6pm Monday to Friday in school holidays, and 10am - 12pm on Sundays.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with Policy CF1 of
the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That at the expiration of 5 years from the date of this permission, the use specified in the application shall be discontinued unless a fresh application shall have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In order that the effect of the development upon the amenities of the neighbouring area
can be assessed during this period, and that any future application can be decided on
this assessment in accordance with Policy CF1 of the Council's adopted South
Oxfordshire Local Plan
