Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That samples of the materials to be used for the plinth of the conservatory shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works on the site.
Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character of the listed building in
accordance with Policies G1, CON6, CON10 and H12 of the adopted South
Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That works shall not begin until a full schedule of works to the interior and a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character of the listed building in
accordance with Policies G1, CON6, CON10 and H12 of the adopted South
Oxfordshire Local Plan.
