That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That all parts of the external walls of the extension hereby approved shall be finished in cement rendered to match the existing building within three months of the first occupation of the extension.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with
policy H12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the materials for the roof of the extension hereby permitted shall be lead as shown on the drawing submitted as part of the application received 23rd October 2001 unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with
policy H12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
