Planning Permission on 7th September 2007
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the making good of the walls shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area in accordance with Policies G2, C2 and E8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire local Plan 2011.
That the additional living accommodation hereby permitted shall be occupied and used only in connection with and ancillary to the occupation and use of the existing property Upper Bolney House, Upper Bolney, Harpsden as a single dwellinghouse, as specified in the application, and shall not be occupied or used separately therefrom.
Reason: As the separate occupation of the accommodation would be contrary to housing policies of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2011 because this is not an appropriate location for new residential development.
