Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That the garage building hereby permitted shall only be used for the purposes incidental to the use of the dwellinghouse as such and shall not be used or occupied separately and shall not be used for any commercial or business purpose whatsoever.
Reason:
That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no windows or rooflights shall be constructed in the eastern or northern elevations of the garage building.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with
Policy H12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the materials to be used for the brick plinth and walls shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with
Policy H12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the walls of the garage building hereby permitted shall be clad in dark stained horizontal timber boarding and thereafter retained as such.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly in accordance with
Policy H12 of the Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
