Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the building hereby permitted shall be used only for the purposes specified in the application, for stables for the personal enjoyment of occupants of West Cottage and the building shall not be used for any commercial or business purpose whatsoever.

Reason: To secure the proper planning of the locality in accordance with Policy G1 of the 
             Council's adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
