Reason: By virtue of the provisions of Section 91(1) (a) of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1990.
That the roof of the building be covered with Norfolk Pantiles.
Reason: To avoid confusion between the variety of materials specified in the application.
That the external walls of the building be constructed with facing bricks of a type to be approved in writing by the Chief Planning Officer prior to the commencement of development.
Reason: To ensure the materials are compatible with the surrounding development.
