That no further development shall take place until a detailed schedule of materials to be used in the external walls and roofs has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and the development shall be carried out in all respects in accordance with the approved schedule. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory in accordance with Policies G8 and C2 of the Council's South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
