Planning Permission on 14th August 2000
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
That no development shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority a schedule of materials and finishes for the external walls and roof of the building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to accord with Policy G8 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the ground floor of the building shall only be used for the storage/parking of vehicles, as a domestic store or workshop, or for other purposes incidental to the use of White Gables as a single dwellinghouse and shall not be converted to ancillary domestic accommodation without the prior consent of the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: As the separate occupation of the accommodation would represent an undesirable sub-division of the property and result in inadequate standards of amenity and privacy and would be contrary to Policy H6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
That the additional living accommodation hereby permitted shall be occupied and used only in connection with and ancillary to the occupation and use of the existing property
White Gables as a single dwellinghouse, as specified in the application, and shall not be occupied or used separately therefrom.
Reason: As the separate occupation of the accommodation would represent an undesirable sub-division of the property and result in inadequate standards of amenity and privacy and would be contrary to Policy H6 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
