That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to comply with policies H12 and G1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.

That the building hereby permitted shall be used only for the purposes specified in the application, for storage for the personal enjoyment of occupants of The Firs and the building shall not be used for any commercial or business purpose whatsoever. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the locality to comply with Policies G1 and H12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
