That the additional accommodation comprised within the annex shall be occupied and used only in connection with and ancillary to the occupation and use of the existing property, "Rushes", as a single dwellinghouse, as specified in the application, and shall not be occupied or used separately therefrom.

Reason: As the separate occupation of the accommodation would represent an undesirable 
             sub-division of the property and result in inadequate standards of amenity and 
             privacy in accordance with South Oxfordshire Local Plan policies G1, G8 and H13.
