Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any works commence. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.

That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows, external doors and rainwater goods has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.

That no works shall take place until written approval has been given by the Local Planning Authority to a sample panel of the stone wall to be erected. The sample panel shall be erected on the site of the development and retained until development is completed, and the panel shall thereafter be removed from the site. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.

That the natural stone to be used shall be laid with a traditional lime mortar mix. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.
